The children's festival features a fabulous line up of fun authors, energetic storytelling and a healthy dose of toilet humour! We're very excited about Nick Arnold's 'Horrible Science Show' which brings the multi-award winning Horrible Science series to life.
Little readers have lots of opportunities to talk to our authors. There will be terrific tales, creative crafts and fantastic facts! Celebrate the love of reading and inspire their imaginations with our line-up of children's events.

Using the power of poetry to educate people about dementia. Local poet Catherine Scott is working with East Riding secondary schools around the theme of dementia. Young people will perform their poetry at library reminiscence sessions, for those living with dementia and their carers. A project we are excited to be piloting in the East Riding.
