Description
Join author Clara Barley to speak about her novel, The Moss House.

In the mid-19th century Yorkshire landowners Miss Lister and Miss Walker find their lives entwined in a passionate, forbidden relationship. Sadly, the world is not yet ready for Anne Lister, a woman ahead of her time. The lovers retreat to the Moss House, for privacy and a sanctuary from prying eyes. Can their tranquillity last though as they are drawn into the turmoil of a changing world and divided families.

In The Moss House, we discover Anne Lister’s lifelong struggle to be her true self as she finally finds love with Ann Walker.
